The Selphyl system is a new approach to facial rejuvenation. Physicians prepare the Platelet-rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) using a patient’s own blood. Injected just under the skin, the PRFM releases a variety of growth factors over time, stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen.
