Organizational Changes Taking Effect at Intercare Therapy

As they move into their 32nd year, Intercare Therapy is adjusting their organization strategy. They are changing their vision and mission statement and are adding new positions to their staff. Changes are being implemented starting this month.
Los Angeles, CA -- January 15, 2011 – Intercare Therapy, a developmental and behavioral intervention therapy provider based in Los Angeles, has announced a number of organizational changes taking effect at their business this month.

The office, which specializes in treatments for autism and related disorders, has changed their mission and vision statements, and are adding new positions to their staff.

Intercare Therapy’s new vision statement is: “Our vision is to make sure that each child and family learns the tools that allow them to achieve independence.” Their revised mission states that, “Intercare Therapy and its highly trained staff provide individualized treatment through evidence-based services to children with autism and other related disorders. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to the children and families that we work with. We continually look for ways to improve the outcomes we provide.”

The new staff positions include a Case Specialist. Intercare Therapy will also have new Director for Research, Development and Training.
