Leading Real Estate of the World® Celebrates Successful Recruiting Year
CHICAGO – (1/12/11) – Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), the world's largest network of leading independent real estate brokers, continued to expand in 2010, with over 50 new offices and 2,300 sales associates added during the year. A strong pipeline of new member candidates ensures additional growth in early 2011.Over a third of the new members are former long-time national franchisees that have recently transitioned to local brands. The new affiliates provide additional coverage in California, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Alabama, Massachusetts, Ohio, New York, and Texas, as well as Calgary, Alberta in Canada, and Berlin, Germany.
LeadingRE attributes this expansion to its unique hybrid model, which combines the freedom, control and flexibility of a local independent brokerage with the national and global connections and diverse business resources available through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
