“On This Very Week,” Hosted by Dr. Leigh-Davis, is Syndicating in the UK

Only weeks after announcing the television and radio show “On This Very Week” would be available on iTunes and Cinch, more broadcasters show an interest. Especially exciting for Dr. Leigh-Davis, is the number of United Kingdom broadcasters, showing and interest in the 3 to 4 minute daily history report. “We are still finalizing things, so I do not want to speak too soon,” said Dr. Leigh-Davis on Tuesday. Although more likely classified as a “public service announcement,” or an “information report,” many describe the short history broadcast as “entertainment.” Dr. Leigh-Davis hosts and produces the historical trivia show “On this Very Week,” which airs worldwide on both television and radio.
Dr. Leigh-Davis is an avid history buff and co-created this show, in which she describes historical events which happened on this same week, in year’s past. For instance, for the week of August 15th through August 21st of this year, Dr. Leigh-Davis narrated while pictures and film footage were displayed depicting the beginning of Woodstock on August 15th, 1969; and Elvis’ death on August 16th, 1977; among other historical events.
Dr. Leigh-Davis continues to host the television show “Los Angeles Philanthropic Endeavors,” concurrently with the new television show, “On This Very Week.” An audio version of “On This Very Week,” is also broadcast in syndication.
Dr. Leigh-Davis is a law professor, retired attorney, and popular legal analyst and legal correspondent, who regularly appears on NBC news, CNN and Fox news. Additionally, Dr. Leigh-Davis is also a journalist with syndicated columns in several newspapers; host of the weekly radio show “The Real Deal;” and the former host of the Court TV television show, “The Court is in Session.” More information about Dr. Leigh-Davis’ television, writing and radio projects, can be found on Dr. Leigh-Davis’ official website.
