SCHNABEL ImmobilienSERVICES in Koblenz gets going
SCHNABEL IS is operating nationwide with 150 employees on five locations in Germany. It offers its customers extensive high quality facility management. From the headquarter in Koblenz, the trades of electrical engineering, climate, plumbing and drywall construction are coordinated nationwide.
Berthold Birkelbach, who has his own roots in Koblenz, is managing the new subsidiary with Norbert Woyciechowski. Birkelbach is also the CEO and principal stockholder of SCHNABEL AG. After the successful business development of this company, he now pursues the consequent development of the range of services and the increase of the presence in the German market with SCHNABEL IS.
The management and the employees are happy about the new fleet and would like to thank their business partners car dealer Jalufka, Alphabet fleet management and Signal-Iduna for the uncomplicated and smooth cooperation.
SCHNABEL ImmobilienSERVICES GmbH is a newly founded affiliate of SCHNABEL AG. As one of two investors, it took over the business of X-TERN, the insolvent provider of real estate services, on September 1st 2010. SCHNABEL IS offers “State of the Art”-services covering every aspect of real estates. The focus lies on technical and commercial facility management. In the area of technical facility management, the range of services covers building services, restoration, maintenance, inspection, disruption management, property management and caretaking. Contract management, cost management, reporting, rental, hiring, real estate performance management and property book-keeping are parts of commercial facility management. Of course, the company also offers extensive consulting by skilled personnel.
