Exclusive Date: Kältetechnik aircool presents the latest McQuay product developments at their Munich headquarters

Munich, December 2010 Kältetechnik aircool GmbH presented new McQuay developments in their product portfolio to an exclusive audience at the company headquarters in Munich in late November. Earlier, the experienced McQuay partner had caused quite a stir at the Nuremberg Chillventa 2010: As the first company in Europe we put the McQuay magnetically levitated turbo compressor “Magnitude” WME series into live operation on the fair stand, at the leading trade fair for refrigeration and air conditioning.
The company offered a group of specialists once again the opportunity to experience the latest developments at the company headquarters in Munich “up close” to be able to get technical information directly from the source: aircool managing director and owner Bruno Trost stated about the event, „Our subsequent in-house exhibition was primarily intended for those who desire to know the latest about the newest developments of the McQuay products, and the current trends in cold-water production.” The brand new WME series with the highly-efficient, magnetically levitated McQuay centrifugal compressor and a cooling capacity of two megawatts was placed into operation right in front of the participants , as it was at the previous Chillventa. Visitors to the exclusive presentation at the Munich headquarters were able to assure themselves about the properties of the extremely smooth and robust equipment with its revolutionary magnetic technology.
Another highlight which could be seen on the aircool premises was the current AWS series with a cooling capacity of just under one megawatt. The air-cooled AWS chillers are available in several performance, efficiency and noise classes. With ESEER (annual COP) of up to 4.53 and a cooling capacity of more than two megawatts they are among the most powerful, most efficient and quietest air-cooled machines, currently available on the market. An extensive range of accessories and the option of free cooling top off the product range for this series.
Several presentations on the latest McQuay equipment as well as useful information and tips for planners and operators about current regulations and standards were included in the agenda. The aircool expert team was subsequently ready for any questions. After the official end of the agenda the meeting was used to encourage sharing among planners, end users and operators.
