New Solar Parking Lot Lights Are Installed at Siemens in Pomona, CA
Lack of sufficient lighting in the parking lot made the surrounding area ideal for crime and vandalism. After considering expensive options that would require trenching the lot, CBRE contacted Greenshine to develop a full lighting solution aimed to reduce vandalism in the parking lot. They purchased four solar parking lot lights--two to cover the lot, one at the entrance, and a final covering the exit. Four solar light poles were able to light the entire lot while avoiding expensive and time-consuming efforts to dig trenches for power grid connectivity.
Since then, security has improved significantly and CBRE saved their client Siemens $65,000 by choosing Greenshine’s solar parking lot lighting solution. CBRE was so pleased with the outcome, they subsequently invited Greenshine to be the guest speaker at their 2018 National Conference in Orlando, FL. Greenshine’s Vice President of Sales, Heidi Emmert attended the CBRE National Conference with Regional Sales Manager Dave Beatty. "We were honored to be invited to speak at the CBRE National Conference in Orlando. Attendees included Regional Property Managers from all over the US who were thrilled to learn how Greenshine Solar Lights can save their clients a tremendous amount of money."
