Aachen/Akron – November 19, 2010. Mark Leube has been granted membership in the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators Bundesverband der Dolmetscher und Übersetzer (BDÜ) e.V. Applications submitted by candidates are subjected to meticulous review by the prestigious translation association. Mark's solid training in German-English and French-English translation (BA and MA) from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, enabled him to pass this rigorous review. BDÜ is set up on a state chapter basis. Mark has elected to join the Rhineland-Palatinate chapter. Membership benefits include access to the association’s internet platform “MeinBDÜ”, comprehensive continuing education opportunities and most important, membership in the pool of qualified translation and interpreting colleagues. For clients, BDÜ membership is an additional sign of quality.
