The key enhancements delivered in this release include:
Native Silverlight Printing
Silverlight 4 offers a native API for print operations and the XtraReports Suite has evolved to take advantage of it. XtraReports v2010 vol 2, offers native Silverlight printing support, allowing developers to easily deliver "out-of-browser" Silverlight applications.
Extended Silverlight Report Export Options
With a myriad of export options for different file formats (PDF, HTML, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, etc), the Silverlight Report Viewer can now address a wider range of business requirements.
Silverlight Report Document Map
The Silverlight Print Preview can display a document map - built upon report tree bookmarks. This structure can be used to view the report's entire hierarchy and make it easier to navigate through the report (these bookmarks are also exported to PDF).
Silverlight Parameter Pane
Parameters are an essential part of any complex real-life report, allowing end-users to generate a document based on their business requirements. End-users can specify report parameter values directly from the Print Preview, using our newly added parameters pane.
