New Guinness Record By Alik Gershon, Former IchessU Team Member

Toronto, Canada 17th November, 2010 – New Guinness record has been achieved by Alik Gershon, a former IchessU team member.

GM Alik Gershon, a former member of the IchessU team, has set a new Guinness World Record for simultaneous chess games. He played against 523 chess players from all over the world, winning 454 games, losing 11 and drawing another 58. To seal the record, Gershon needed to win at least 80 percent of the chess games. Earlier such record belonged to the Iranian Grandmaster Mahjoob, set in August 2009.
