MARCOM AWARDS
Local Integrated communications agency honored in international competition
DENVER, CO (Nov. 4, 2010)–Weise Communications, an integrated marketing, advertising and public relations agency won three awards at the 2010 MarCom Awards.
Weise Communications was awarded a platinum award, the top honor, in the category of corporate branding for their work on the rebranding of SM Energy (formerly St. Mary’s Land and Exploration). Weise Communications also received a gold award in the category of newspaper advertising for the SM Energy rebranding campaign. Finally, an honorable mention was awarded to Weise Communications in the writing a client article on ensuring corporate financial survival.
The MarCom Awards are an international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers worldwide.
