St. Eval Candle Company Installs BPA Platform to Integrate Shopify with SAP Business One

St. Eval Candle Company, which manufactures and sells handmade candles using traditional, artisan methods and sustainable production, has improved its order processing by using BPA Platform to integrate Shopify with SAP Business One.

The company, which was born from humble beginnings based on a working farm in North Cornwall, has experienced significant growth since its inception 25 years ago. This led to St. Eval deploying a more powerful and capable ERP system to manage its business, from accounts and CRM to manufacturing and warehouse management. It was during the early stages of implementing SAP Business One that the company realised it also needed a new website.

“We decided to build our new website on Shopify and needed it to integrate with SAP Business One. Shopify recommended BPA Platform and Codeless Platforms to us. The fact that BPA Platform had a proven track record connecting Shopify and SAP Business One played a major part in our selection process,” explained Harry Young-Jamieson, Director, St. Eval Candle Company. “We also knew that our ERP supplier, Codestone, had a lot of experience working with BPA Platform, so it was a good fit.”

Following the deployment of BPA Platform and the successful integration of Shopify with SAP Business One, St. Eval is now automating its order processing and looking at how it can further exploit this flexible platform.

Orders flow down from Shopify to SAP Business One and we can send information the other way if necessary,” said Young-Jamieson. “BPA Platform has proven to be reliable and secure.
