Denver Real Estate Duo Launches Revamped Website

Michelle Schoen of The Permanent Record, a Denver-based virtual assistant company, and Jenny Stenseth and Carolyn Ingebritson of The Perfect Pair Real Estate, Inc., are proud to announce the launch of the real estate firm's new website at http://www.the-perfect-pair.com.

The website, which is the centerpiece of the two companies' recently established partnership, has been thoroughly revamped, and will be unveiled on Friday, January 26, 2007 at http://www.the-perfect-pair.com. The Permanent Record recently undertook the task of overhauling the duo's old site, and has created an Internet home that is colorful, vibrant and focused, much like the Perfect Pair ladies themselves!

Potential clients from both Denver and across the country can point their Internet browsers to http://www.the-perfect-pair.com to find tips about relocation, the pitfalls found in selling one's house without the assistance of a real estate professional, various helpful hints for those buying or selling their home, and worksheets to help homebuyers determine the perfect course of action.

Other facets of the new site include areas on senior living, Denver's fast-growing Stapleton neighborhood, financial tips and a directory of local firms that provide other services closely or loosely related to real estate, including accountants, home staging companies, home organizers and title companies. The main focus of the site, however, will be on the properties that The Perfect Pair team currently has on the market. The site not only includes a bundle of information about each property for sale (with links to further information if necessary), but also shows homes that The Perfect Pair has recently sold.

While http://www.the-perfect-pair.com is now officially launched for public consumption, it is by no means finished growing and evolving. The site will eventually include a database with information for all things Denver, including important phone numbers, websites, addresses and other key information for both new residents and lifelong Denverites.
