Denver Virtual Assistant Firm, Real Estate Duo Team Up

Michelle Schoen of The Permanent Record, a Denver-based virtual assistant company, and Jenny Stenseth and Carolyn Ingebritson of The Perfect Pair Real Estate, Inc., are proud to announce a new collaboration.

The Permanent Record will be providing the Perfect Pair Real Estate support with web design, marketing and transaction coordination. This partnership will enhance the Perfect Pair's already-formidable reputation of superior expertise and top-of-the-line service, as well as bolster the Permanent Record's name in the hot Denver-area virtual assistant market.

Web design: The centerpiece of the new partnership can be found in the new Perfect Pair website, which has been relaunched at www.the-perfect-pair.com. The Permanent Record, the site's designer, will assist The Perfect Pair with upkeep and maintenance for their new Internet presence. The new site is colorful, vibrant and focused, much like the Perfect Pair ladies themselves!

Marketing: The Permanent Record will handle the Perfect Pair's marketing functions, beginning with the website at www.the-perfect-pair.com and expanding to other duties as requested by The Perfect Pair, including e-mail campaigns and getting their name out to people across the country who are interested in relocating to Denver.

Transaction coordination: The Permanent Record will handle the management and coordination of the Perfect Pair's transactions. This includes managing the mountains of paperwork that go into the purchase or sale of a home, coordinating appointments with appraisers and inspectors, and ensuring that the title company has done its job as well.
