Press release from: PPCL

This week the highly awarded British technology company, PPCL, announces the release of the latest product in their Geometric Process Control (GPC) software family. The new release, C Visual Explorer 2.5.2, provides a number of new features to consumers.

Geometric Process Control (GPC) is an innovative patented technology based on n-dimensional geometry, allowing users to analyse hundreds of variables simultaneously. This results in substantial financial savings for process plants. It also enables tighter production controls resulting in less waste and more top quality product – which in turn has financial implications.

The new software release brings five major additions and a new level of usability. The software is now compatible with the Windows 7 operating system as well as facilitating automation of everyday data retrieval. Images can also be captured and easily utilised for the morning meeting, giving users more opportunity to analyse the precious data that is currently under-utilised in process plants. Finally, the engineers at PPCL have developed a tool known as the ‘Consistentizer’ which calculates appropriate alarm values providing the first method for scientific, accurate and safe alarm setting.

CVE 2.5.2 is available for purchase by contacting PPCL.
