Keynote Speaker and CEO Joe Roberts Holds Sales Seminar for Realtors
Vancouver BC – CEO, business leader and Best-selling Author Joe Roberts held a sales seminar for Realtors last week, in order to help them achieve their business and sales goals. The event took place at the Holiday Inn in Cloverdale, British Columbia, Canada at 9:00am on October 12th. Roberts’ presentation “The 7 Secrets to Scientific Selling” educated his audience on how to sell based on value rather than price.“We only recognize customer service when we’re not getting it.” said Roberts in his presentation. “Many business people do not understand the value in customer service. Customers and clients are willing to pay more money for better service.”
Joe Roberts made his first million dollars before he turned 35, and was named one of Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Business People and one of Maclean’s 10 Canadians Who Make a Difference. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Ontario Premier Awards for business excellence.
