AutoSig Announces: New Onsite Maintenance Option for Signature Verification and Document Imaging Systems
AutoSig Systems, Inc. (ASI) of Sugar Hill, Georgia, announces an attractively priced onsite maintenance option with a yearly onsite visit to install, train, and tune-up our systems. With the ever changing compliance issues, regulations and technical advances in the Financial Industry, a yearly onsite visit by one of our trained professionals can help Financial Institutions stay up to date with the latest technology.Onsite Maintenance Option - Details
ASI believes it is important to offer its customers superior support services. ASI has found that many times its customers prefer ASI personnel to install releases and upgrades at the customer’s site to avoid problems, conduct training and fine-tune system performance. Consequently ASI is creating an attractively priced maintenance option that includes an annual onsite visit. The option will include a day and a half at the customer’s site by a highly trained ASI professional.
The onsite option will include the following services:
• Upgrade the ASI system to the most current release level,
• Examine system performance and conduct fine-tuning to make sure that the system performs at its best with a minimum use of resources,
• Observe operators, in action, to identify training or enhancements to the product or its use allowing customers to take full advantage of process improvements,
• Meet with key customer personnel to discuss issues and suggestions for product improvements.
In addition, customers may choose to have ASI personnel solve technical problems or conduct training. Customers may also use the onsite option to solve critical problems at the customer location if any such problems should occur during the year. By employing ASI personnel customers can save significant time by their own personnel to install releases or solve issues.
