Linetime - Intelligent Business Software

You may not be aware but the operation of Liberate at command level allows management to monitor and control activity of teams, subordinates and colleagues. By filtering to the required grouping the combined activity on all files for that group can be further filtered and interrogated. This view shows an up to the millisecond a record of all communication related to the selected members of staff and the cases they are working on. This applies to file notes, emails, images, spreadsheets, WP, time recording and pretty much any matter related event. Managers can then load specific items to inspect in more detail or jump to the wider case, a ledger enquiry or some other jump point within the Liberate system. Command level monitoring of event history and case status progression allows customers to take control of their operation and to take hold of opportunities before they turn into problems.
