Catteralls invest in the future with Liberate from Linetime
The firm has an ethos of always putting the client first and prides itself in providing clients with solutions that are commercially effective. It was with these goals in mind that the firm undertook a review of its practice and case management support systems.
Having identified areas where existing high service levels could be further enhanced the firm set up a working party to evaluate the legal support software market. After narrowing down to a short list of three the firm underwent a process of analysing each of the offerings in detail to arrive at their preferred solution, Liberate from Linetime.
Paul Kininmouth, Senior Partner, “The investment we are making is to take the practice through its growth in the coming years whilst at the same time keeping service to our clients as our prime focus. It was key we partnered with a software and service provider having a reputation for delivering leading edge functionality combined with a market reputation for delivering on their commitments – we found that in Linetime.”
Linetime will be supplying Catteralls with its Liberate practice and case management system. The single system provides tight control of emails, documents, finance and process. Tony Klejnow, Linetime Managing Director, “We are delighted to have been selected by Catteralls. The system will support the firm in streamlining its processes, aid GDPR compliance and improve collaboration with their clients.”
