Press release from: Alcumet Incorporated

/ PR Agency: Industrial Traffic
Londonderry, NH – Alcumet Incorporated, a provider of copper investment casting for industries across the country, has recently announced their initiative to bring a new level of innovation to the industry.

While many might be relatively unfamiliar with copper investment casting, Alcumet Inc., C.E.O. Russell Wilmarth explains that the copper investment casting process is perhaps the oldest metal casting technique known to man. He says, “Its roots go as far back as ancient India, China, and Egypt – but we’ve managed to seriously innovate the copper casting process.” Wilmarth continues, “At Alcumet, we appreciate the history behind copper investment casting, the longevity of the process speaks to how effective it is, and we’re happy to continue the copper investment casting tradition.”

In addition to taking advantage of modern quality control and CAD/CAM technology to provide better copper investment casting, Alcumet Incorporated intends to continually push for innovation within their industry as a whole.

According to Wilmarth, that means, “applying the latest technologies, using next generation alloys and casting materials, and continually making strides to improve the copper investment casting industry.”

Modern copper investment casting is frequently used for electrical engineering applications, due to the electrical conductivity inherent in copper, this makes copper investment castings ideal for a number of critical industries where electrical transmission is tantamount. Alcumet Inc., has taken advantage of copper investment casting to provide the aerospace and military industries with high quality, durable, and cost efficient parts and components where durability, quality, and perfection are essential.
