RateTiger Adds GDS Shopping and Completes 600 Channel Integrations
London, 29 September 2010: Today, eRevMax, the holding company for RateTiger, announced the availability of GDS Shopping in RateTiger’s Shopper module. This development allows RTSuite and RTCorp clients to obtain Business Intelligence (BI) reports with competitor rates from the Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Through this integration with ReservHOTEL, RateTiger hotel clients and travel management companies can access various online shopping reports from across multiple GDS's. This will assist with fine-tuning rate strategies based on up-to-the-minute competitor price movements. GDS Shopping is also available as an integration module in RTConnect, RateTiger’s XML channel management gateway.
The channel management pioneer also announced the addition of its 600th fully integrated distribution channel with over 120 of those connections being XML based. Already ahead of competitors in secure XML connections with OTAs, RateTiger continues to broaden the gap within this growing industry sector. All 600 RateTiger connections are two-way interfaces ensuring that customers benefit from real-time booking reporting.
