Datex President to Present at Expo Logistica Panama

Clearwater, Fl (September 9, 2010)- Datex announced today that company President Michael Armanious will be a presenter at the upcoming Expo Logistica Panama, an International Logistic and Multimodal Transportation Exhibition on October 7-8, 2010 in the City of Panama, Panama. With more than 10 years of experience working with third party logistics providers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and the Middle East, Mr. Armanious brings a global perspective and critical understanding of the needs and experience of third party logistics providers in today’s turbulent economy. His presentation will demonstrate how third party logistics providers can increase potential revenue by using a warehouse management solution which uses activity based billing. In addition, Mr. Armanious will discuss activity based management as a means of identifying cost drivers and streamlining operations in order to increase efficiency.

“Being able to accurately bill customers for all accessorial charges can have a significant impact on a third party logistics provider’s potential revenue”, explained Armanious. “Using systems developed specifically for third party logistics providers, activity based management tools can help isolate inefficiencies, waste and previously unbilled charges, making businesses more productive and profitable.”

Michael Armanious will be presenting on October 8th and will be available during the conference for consultation and questions.
