Logistics Expert Michael Armanious to Present at Wenger Manufacturing Food Safety Seminar March 1, 2013
Michael Armanious, Datex supply chain/logistics expert will be presenting at the Wenger Manufacturing Food Safety Summit in Kansas City Missouri February 26-March 1, 2013. The Datex presentation entitled “Managing the Warehouse-Tracking and Traceability” delineates how today’s technology can assist with pet food product recalls, provide traceability down to the ingredient level and enable businesses to save money and labor with a track and trace solution for warehouse operations.The Wenger Manufacturing Food Safety Seminar is a four day educational event on food safety for pet food professionals and involves seminars on plant design, sourcing raw materials, production, sanitation, packaging and more. The event consists of both classroom instruction and practical demonstrations in Wenger’s Technical Center Extrusion Lab in Sabetha Kansas.
