ZipQuest Chooses Resmark Tour Operator Software To Manage New Zipline Canopy Tour Business

SALT LAKE CITY, UT Sept. 21, 2010 -- Resmark Systems, comprehensive tour operator software created by tour operators, today announced that ZipQuest, a world-class zipline and canopy tour company, has selected Resmark to manage their new business.

Eason Bryan, owner/operator, explained that ZipQuest is focused on the customer experience and to assure highest service standards he sought a system that would allow online access to all of the business functionality from multiple and diverse locations.

“We were very determined to have the best customer interface in the business. We even considered building the software ourselves until we started looking at Resmark. The business property located at Carver’s Falls in Fayetteville NC has been owned by Eason’s family for almost 50 years.
