Eve's Burden hails from California, United States. The album is produced by Saint Charles Thurman and Jerry Leal. The comment about the philosophy of their songs from Jerry Leal shows his dedication to the music. He states that "nowadays people are bombarded with too many negative messages in music, constant themes of hatred, revenge, infidelity and sadness bring you down." In producing this record the group decided to weave positive themes into the music, such as forgiveness, love, overcoming, letting go and redemption, basically just the opposite.
