CT REIA Announces The (7th Annual) 2010 New England Real Estate Investors Conference And Trade Show From October 29 To 31
The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, announces the (7th Annual) 2010 New England Real Estate Investors Conference And Trade Show from October 29 through October 31. This event will take place at the Four Points Sheraton on 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. Tuition for this conference varies according to package selected. For more information on available tuition packages, please visit www.ctreia.com.On Friday evening, this investment property conference and trade show begins with a networking event featuring Paul Esajian, the star of A&E’s “Flip This House”. This event will take place at a locally renovated property in Connecticut. Attendees will learn how Mr. Esajian’s has made a successful career out of flipping real estate. He will also answer any questions attendees’ may have regarding the buying, renovating, and selling of investment property. This portion of the weekend is only open to attendees who choose the VIP or VIP+ tuition package.
On Saturday and Sunday, attendees will learn: the latest in what is happening in the lending market; current investment property acquisition strategies; active information and forecast for buy and hold, fix and flip, and wholesale real estate; how to negotiate short sales and loan modifications; how to find public grant money; how to find private lenders and cash buyers quickly; the 7 keys to real estate investing success; how to buy investment properties without using a bank; and much more. This conference and trade show is designed to inspire and motivate new and experienced real estate investors in New England. The panel of national and local trainers will explore the most cutting-edge ideas working today in a soft or declining market.
