GameFly Deploys Clearwell For In-House E-Discovery

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – August 31, 2010 —Clearwell Systems, Inc., a leader in intelligent e-discovery, today announced that GameFly, the leading video game rental service, has deployed the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform for its in-house e-discovery strategy. GameFly will use Clearwell for pre-processing, processing, analysis and review in order to significantly reduce the e-discovery time, resources, and costs required in response to litigation and regulatory inquiries.

The company also used Clearwell’s Review Module, which eliminated the otherwise time-consuming and manual-intensive steps of creating a load file and then uploading it into a separate review tool. As a result, GameFly was able to support a rapid, cost effective, and defensible e-discovery workflow.
