Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd announces setting up of a 100-Seater Call Centre for Premium B2B US based businesses

In a board meeting conducted on November 6th at our head office in Kolkata, CEO and Director Ranendra Narayan Dutta announced that Nature Technologies is aggressively working on setting up a world class Premium Tier 1 Voice Call Centre at Kolkata which would be primarily catering to US B2B customers.

The core expertise of the centre would be to provide a bouquet of premium services that includes virtual customer engagement experience, virtual salesman for US corporates and custom specialized voice services for a wide range of business.

Ranendra mentioned “We have been a corporation who have always focused on excellence. Whether its software or business process outsourcing services we strive to be a market differentiator when it comes to our service offerings. By 2020 our Kolkata centre will be able to offer employment to more than 200 highly qualified professionals specially trained for addressing requirements of US business for management and sales roles from our offshore office”.

Sumantra Mukherjee, CTO and Director was also very optimistic about the future of converging modern technology with excellent manpower support which gives Nature an edge over its competition.

Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd, had ventured into Customer Support Service in 2015 by setting up its 1st dedicated Customer Support Service centre in Delhi which currently employs more than 50 highly skilled trained employees. As a part of its 2020 plan, Nature is working on expanding its niche BPO service especially for premium US business-to-business contact centre.
