mobivention launches D2C store with Vodafone

Cologne, Germany– August 16, 2010 –mobivention GmbH, an international leading mobile content developer, has just launched a new D2C mobile shop which is integrated into the Vodafone Live! portal to distribute its games, applications, themes and Flash lite wallpapers to Vodafone end consumers in Czech Republic.

In 2008 mobivention has started its D2C business with Telia in Denmark and Sweden and has since then launched further presences in Germany and Aus-tria. The stores are offering games, applications, wallpapers, screensavers, themes, Flash lite wallpaper and also video contents. Moreover the mobivention’s PixelParty store is now also available for Vodafone customers and lets them buy mobivention’s high quality and branded products on a single download basis. mobivention has had significant successes with its strategy to make customers happy with their products and marketing campaigns without dragging them into any subscriptions.

Moreover the D2C presence covers Android products as well. In July mobiven-tion has launched its first Android wallpaper applications and even more products have been launched since then. The Android portfolio of mobivention does also include Live wallpapers, themes apps and games which will also be distributed in various app stores, second markets and of course in the Android Market.
