System Management solution portfolio complemented: H&D and Provance sign partnership agreement

H&D International Group, an IT service provider with a focus on efficient system management solutions, strengthens its portfolio and signs a partnership agreement with Provance Technologies. The Canadian company offers an Asset Management solution for Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 which, combined with the H&D expertise, offers added value to users of this technology.

The „Provance IT Asset Management Pack“ is an add-in for Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010. It supports enterprises in their efforts to implement both ITIL® processes and the management of inventory and software licenses with financial information and contracts, i.e. their IT assets, in Service Manager. Along with H&D’s system management solutions this constitutes the ideal addition to the offering. Users in Germany who are interested in Provance’s add-in may contact H&D for further information.
Provance and H&D have a focus on system management solutions based on Microsoft System Center. Both companies have excelled through participating in Microsoft’s Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for System Center Service Manager 2010. They have thus gained a head start vis-a-vis their competitors, which is now to be used jointly for the benefit of their customers. “This partnership represents a logical step in the development of customer orientation for the two companies“, said Joachim Fricke, responsible Senior Manager within H&D International Group, upon signature of the agreement. H&D has participated in the beta program for the Provance IT Asset Management Pack and thus helped with valuable feedback in this early phase. Interest in the offering is already visible in the German market and forms a good basis for this co-operation.
