Winning Technologies Receives 2018 HIRE Vets Medallion Program Award
Winning Technologies Receives Award for Veteran Hiring Practices
Winning Technologies was named a Platinum Award winner in the small business category. Honorees include small businesses, community-based nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies. Recipients represent 42 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing (HIRE) American Military Veterans Act, creating the HIRE Vets Medallion Program, was signed into law in 2017. In issuing a Final Rule last year establishing criteria and processes for the program, the Department announced that 2018 would be a demonstration of the program prior to full implementation in 2019.
