Laser Microphone for audio-visual area monitoring

MIB ELECTRONIC, a Southern German manufacturer presented beginning of May 2010 at the GPEC in Leipzig a redevelopment of audio-visual area monitoring to professional audiences.

The so called Laser Surveillance System is able to scan and detect conversations held in one room over the window glass by using a hidden laser beam which is placed outside, hence the observed building does not have to be entered.

In recent years the manufacturer successfully supplies the military and authorities with miniature cameras and video technology on a worldwide basis. Now, for the first time a portable laser/audio system is being offered. The system works self-governed and can be deployed quickly and almost anywhere after a short briefing.

Because of the actual security environment in diverse countries the manufacturer records a great demand, especially from abroad.

MIB Electronic GmbH designs special electronic systems in the area of inner security, so called “security solutions” for military, defense industry, authorities, as well as industry in general. Design and development from MIB are mostly custom- made products, being developed to meet clients special requirements. Main focus: production of disguised micro cameras, training course on “functional application procedures”, appliance and handling as well as laser surveillance technologies.
