Dave Lindahl, the guest speaker, is one of America's most successful hands-on real estate investors. He has written 3 best selling books: "Commercial Real Estate Investing 101" co-authored with Donald Trump, "Emerging Real Estate Markets" and "Multi-Family Millions". Dave calls himself "a burned-out landscaper" who 14 years ago made the decision to invest in real estate properties. Over time, he developed his own real estate system. One of his key areas of focus over 14 years of doing deals was finding money to invest. Many investors have experienced a downtrend in the past two years, but Dave has been able to take advantage of real estate deals. Today he controls over a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate across the country.
