In response to growing business demand, leading telecoms and technology recruiter RP International (RPI) has opened its first Hong Kong office.

Located in the landmark Central Plaza building, the new office is the fourth RPI site in the Asia Pacific region. It is headed by Stella Ng an experienced recruitment professional who has been providing resourcing solutions in the region for over a decade.

RPI has been working in Hong Kong for more than five years. This new office will enable the Asia Pacific Telecoms and Technology teams to provide increased support to their clients, permanent candidates and contractors in East Asia.

Initially the Hong Kong team will focus on expanding RPI’s semiconductor and lighting technology practices in Hong Kong and China. Going forward RPI expects to extend the team to provide a full suite of telecoms and technology practices.

Speaking about the launch Chief Executive Officer Stuart Wilson said:

"I am pleased to announce the opening of our new RP Intentional office in Hong Kong. This permanent Hong Kong base is a natural extension of the partnerships we have already built with telecoms and technology organisations. Hong Kong is an exciting place to do business and this office is a clear signal of our determination to invest in the providing the best possible service to clients and candidates in the city.

"RP International’s ongoing growth in the Asia Pacific region is the result of our regional understanding and specialised industry knowledge. With this Hong Kong office supplementing our presences in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia we have the tools to support clients as they operate in local markets and expand into new ones."
