Mobile Synchronization via teamspace
The advantage of direct synchronization with mobile devices is that calendars and address books on mobiles and smartphones can be kept up-to-date from anywhere in real time. Mobile devices will not have to be connected to a computer anymore, but will access the data directly at teamspace via internet. This can be done from anywhere in the world and does not require a physical connection to a computer, thus opening whole new dimensions to field work, as appointments that are altered in the central office will be updated on the employee’s mobile device instantly, even when s/he is en route.

About teamspace
teamspace allows groups to work together over the internet. The necessary infrastructure is provided by so-called team spaces – hence the name „teamspace“. Users can equip their own protected space with a variety of modules and invite members to join: available modules are a calendar, assignment administration, a pin board, discussion forums, project management, data storage and sharing with version control, and an address book. Primary functions are connecting with field workers, customers and contractors. The central data concept eliminates the generation of version incongruence and prevents security lags caused by email attachments. All data is saved at a central and protected location, and is always accessible in the most up-to-date version.
