Zünd makes waves at FESPA 2010
One of the highlight at the FESPA 2010 - the new Zünd Cut Centner software suite.
Zünd Cut Center - Key Features
• Cut Queue provides quick file retrieval and access to the production schedule for job prioritization.
• The industry’s most sophisticated algorithm behind Zund Cut Center’s “Best-Fit” compensation corrects for even the most non-uniform distortions, including those seen in printed textiles.
• Cut Editor offers advanced editing functions, such as router hatch/island fill used to create pockets in rigid substrates, overcut compensation to eliminate unsightly cuts on inside corners, etc.
The new software is tailored specifically for G3 and designed to maximize the productivity of the company’s latest generation of multifunctional digital cutting systems. Zünd Cut Center software will be driving a G3 L-2500 with semi-automated board handling as well as a G3 3XL-1600 configured for 3.2m wide roll materials. A Zund M-800 will also be shown with fully automated sheet feeding as the ideal setup for cutting screen printed decals and other smaller-format applications.
