NETZSCH with a 40% plus on the POWTECH 2010
Innovation Award for the Best Product DevelopmentsAlmost 1.000 exhibitors presented their products and innovations on the trade fairs POWTECH and TechnoPharm 2010 with more than 16.000 visitors at the exhibition center in Nuremberg.
As a leading manufacturer in mechanical process engineering the business unit Grinding & Dispersing of the NETZSCH Group with their companies NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik GmbH, Hanau and NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH, Selb were present with a joint stand. The worldwide acting machine manufacturer looks back on a very successful event. The number of visitors and the quality of contacts were clearly better than during the last exhibition. Whereas the exhibition itself registered a growth of visitors of six per cent compared to 2008 NETZSCH even recorded a plus of 40 per cent!
The interest in solutions for wet and dry grinding tasks was very high. NETZSCH-CONDUX presented their new LABCOMPACTPLANT for the first time to the public. This new plant sets benchmarks in matters of ergonomics, flexibility and place requirement. The basic plant module can be completed with different grinding and classifying systems which enables NETZSCH to find a solution for almost every challenge in the range of ultra-fine grinding, comminution and classification.
In the field of wet preparation technology NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik offers customized solutions for comminution and dispersing tasks down to the nanometer range with agitator bead mills from laboratory to production size. The new generation of laboratory agitator bead mills of the MINI- und MICROSERIES is now even more user-friendly due to a modern and compact design and enables to grind and disperse very small product batches.
Product can also be comminuted down to the submicron range by means of dry grinding. The NETZSCH-CONDUX s-JET® System enables this by using overheated water vapor as grinding gas in the fluidized bed jet mills.
