For more than five years, the company boardinghouse consulting from Berlin operates the website www.apartmentservice.de as the largest independent platform for Serviced Apartments in Germany. Annual sales increases as well as the growing number of regular customers underline the concept’s success. Due to the increasing demand for this service for destinations outside Germany, boardinghouse consutling launched the international equivalent August 1st: www.apartmentservice-international.com.

Bombay or Barcelona, Paris or St. Petersburg – the website presents a worldwide offer of Serviced Apartments from upscale to luxurious standard. 20 apartment houses in 12 countries had already joined before the platform went online, many more will follow within the next weeks and months. Target group is – comparable to the German original - mainly the business traveller, although many of the locations are of touristic as well as of economic importance. The layout, too, reminds of the German platform – however, some additional features were added and the approved ones adjusted to the international market.

Due to its significance, the comfortable search option was placed in prominent position. The user can narrow down to his city or country of destination and choose his favourite apartment type, e.g. one-bedroom-apartment. The result list shows first information and pictures of the house and thus allows further preselection. Detailed descriptions, extensive lists of the house’s facilities and services, completed by a number of pictures and of course the rates give a comprehensive review of the chosen apartment.
