heimatec.SwissTooling is a new range of static and driven tools for the production of precise and cost-effective turned parts on S

The AMB is one of the top international trade fairs for metalworking. heimatec, as one of the technology and quality leaders for high-precision static and driven precision tools for lathes and machining centres, will be presenting the latest products and technologies for productive turning and milling at this important industry meeting. heimatec will be presenting a completely new trade fair concept in Hall 3 at Stand 3A50.

As one of the technology and quality leaders in the industry, heimatec will again be presenting the latest products and technologies for efficient and economical metal cutting at this year's AMB.

With heimatec.SwissTooling, heimatec offers a special range of static and driven tools for the production of precise and cost-effective turned parts on Swiss type automatic lathes. heimatec.SwissTooling is characterised by optimum spindle bearing technology and ground gear components. In addition, the housing and spindles have maximum possible rigidity.

With heimatec.Skiving, heimatec has developed a new tool family for gear production on turning centres. These tools make it possible to produce high quality internal and external gears in both straight and helical designs.

heimatec.Capto™ expands the range of exchange systems. It is another modular quick-change tool system in heimatec's range that significantly increases efficiency in set-up and changeover times. heimatec.Capto™ is extremely flexible and offers broad modularity as well as high availability of changeover inserts on lathes and machining centres.

Users of fine boring heads can now use the heimatec.u-tec CKB adaptation solution. Adapters from heimatec are available for all common fine boring head sizes, which can be used in conjunction with the u-tec® exchange system for high-precision machining on lathes.

Process optimization through digitization is now also possible when using driven tools. With the tool concept of the heimatec.Sensoric, various tool parameters such as operating time, speed, temperature and/or humidity in the tool can be recorded and transmitted to a control point.

For more than 30 years, heimatec has specialised in the development, manufacture and sale of high-precision staticand driven tools for lathes and machining centres. The entire range of tools comprises around 30,000 products. heimatec is one of the international technology and quality leaders in precision tools. Headquartered in Renchen, Germany, heimatec has its own subsidiaries in the USA, India and Russia and a worldwide network of trading partners.
