DENVER (March 15, 2010) -- ConceptBakery, the cross-Atlantic non-traditional marketing firm, will revitalize and expand iconic American household cleaning brand Carbona's presence in social media with "StainTalk - Cleaning Heroes United” (staintalk.com). StainTalk is owned by Delta Carbona LP, the oldest manufacturer of stain removal products in the United States.
“StainTalk is an example of conceptbakery's core strengths in action,” said Klaus Holzapfel, conceptbakery USA managing partner. “The campaign builds and engages an interactive online community and utilizes both German and American staff to manage content and graphics. It will also stretch the Carbona brand to every level of the retail practice, from point of sale to online marketing and coupon outreach on mobile and digital platforms.”

StainTalk uses the opportunities of multiple social networks to harness the existing conversation Carbona has with its clients to deliver a virtual repository of cleaning tips and tricks, as well as a look at the lighter side of creating and removing stains. The project will span from a microsite to a Facebook fan page and Twitter channel. In addition, conceptbakery will oversee Carbona's philanthropic efforts by instituting the social initiative, “Carbona Cares”.

In addition, conceptbakery developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy for German young adult fantasy novel “Schattenauge (Shadow Eye)” by Nina Blazon.
