SciSerTec enters into a further long-term contract with a German nationwide acting research consortium

Regarding the organization and management of scientific events as (meetings, conferences, congresses) SciSerTec has become again a cooperation partner for several years for a clinical network of nearly 30 leading research units within Germany in view of its Conference-Management-Software vCongress.
Individual adaptions following customer’s request
SciSerTec supplies with its tool vCongress the registration of participants, the invoicing and (credit card-)payment, as well as the abstract submission and the online-reviewing. vCongress can be used as CMS - Content Management System – and enables the customer to complete a simple and fast preparation and processing of his congresses. “Our CMS vCongress versions are individually adapted to corporate design and processes of our customers" says Dr. Daniel Breuer, CEO of SciSerTec. "Doing this our customers can take advantage of our more than 10-years-experience regarding online conference organization.”
Numerous national and international partnerships
There are already existing numerous further long-term cooperations with universities, university hospitals, scientific societies and associations. Even abroad SciSerTec is active. There is a long-term contract for the exclusive right of using vCongress in Serbia with a Serbian PCO. Further contracts and partnerships are in preparation.
Low expenses and high quality
SciSerTec is in a position to score especially with high quality at best prices. "Often we already worked together with our customers in earlier projects regarding single events before entering in a long-term cooperation." Breuer says. "The price is not everything. Furthermore, in such a representative surrounding as international scientific conferences it is very important that the event is a success. For this reason it makes sense to work together in a single event before entering in a long-term cooperation.”
Customers take advantage of the collective experiences from the network
"Our Conference-Management-Software is steadily updated, we optimize processes, safety and usability. The complete vCongress network can be considered as a unit. Each customer gets his individual vCongress version on separate servers in Germany but all customers take advantage from the individual improvements. In case customers generate new processes through their input or they improve existing processes all other customers can decide of their own if they will use these processes for their version. Thus, we generate through collective experiences an almost perfect solution for the conference organization. The more partners use our vCongress software, the more it gets better and versatile.” So Breuer says.
Own server version, single events or Online Shop
vCongress is also available for urgent use in an Online Shop where the customer can organize his conference in only some minutes, test it and release it. All modules which are used by customers with their own server version are also present in the Online Shop. Only the individualization of corporate design and own processes are restricted. Besides the server versions running for years there can be created individual single events at any time as possibility between fast Online Shop version and long-term own server version. It depends on the need and the decision of the customer.
