Reliable Manufacturing announce new Operations Excellence Master Class

Change management consultancy firm, Reliable Manufacturing, has announced details of its next Operations Excellence Master Class with industry experts Ron Moore and Andrew Fraser. The one-day event will be held at the Holiday Inn Runcorn, near Manchester Airport, on Thursday April 22nd 2010.

This one-day Master Class will show how market leaders achieve low cost performance, not through cost cutting, but through the relentless pursuit of defect elimination, asset productivity and workforce engagement. During the event, delegates will be able to carry out self-audits of their asset against best practice benchmarks and develop an action plan to implement the learning from the day.
