Thompson & Knight to Relocate Dallas Offices to One Arts Plaza

Dallas, Texas -- Thompson & Knight LLP has announced plans to relocate its Dallas office to the Dallas Arts District. The Firm will lease approximately 170,000 square feet on four and a half floors in One Arts Plaza. This move, currently scheduled for early 2008, continues the Firm’s long-time commitment to Dallas’ Arts District and the city of Dallas.

“We are excited about our pending move to Lucy Billingsley’s One Arts Plaza, which anchors the Arts District. This decision is simply an extension of our unsurpassed commitment to, and involvement with, the city of Dallas and the Arts District,” says Pete Riley, the Firm’s managing partner.

Thompson & Knight’s legal representation of organizations in the Arts District dates back to 1970. The Firm has represented the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Foundation (both located in the historic Belo Mansion) in a variety of significant matters.

Attorneys at Thompson & Knight have served on boards and as presidents of Arts District organizations since the early 1900s. During the past 20 years the Firm’s attorneys and employees have been active board members and regular volunteers of the park.
