Indore, India, December 18 2009- CDN Solutions Group celebrated its annual day as Samagam at Nakhrali Dhani (an ethnic village resort). The word itself represents bonding, coordination and togetherness which were seen at the place of celebration. CDN team defines Samagam as Confluence of Brilliance, Intellect and Youthfulness. On this day, the whole CDN team gathers to celebrate it with great zeal and enthusiasm. The day started with a beautiful message given by CDN Founders followed by appreciating the employees for their value addition to the organization. Mr. Chetan Naik (Founder and Director of CDN) says “In the era of commercialization only a good team can form a base for continuous development”.
He continued with saying that CDN always does everything from Heart and will continue doing, which gives CDN a unique identity. Appreciating the development of CDN management @200% in terms of resources and revenues, Directors hoped for a bright future. Mr. Surajit Mitra (Director of CDN) presented his views on company’s annual growth and future prospects. He said that even if 75% of talent and efficiency of each CDN team member can be use, it is sufficient to take CDN at the pinnacle.
The whole event included incredible performances in dance, singing, skits and indoor/outdoor sports. All the departments of CDN represented a great team spirit. The company awarded its employees for their valuable contribution for the year 2009. The purpose behind all this is not just to create a great work culture but also to motivate the employees and inculcate a sense of belongingness among them.
