The screen deck can be fed directly by a suitable excavator or front end loader without any hopper essential.
The screen deck with it’s surface of 2,5 mtr x 1,2 mtr ( 8,2 ft x 3.9 ft )easily copes with large material quantities, material and screen mesh depending, up to 100mt/h were monitored.
Screen mats are simple and quick to replace, therefore adaptation to different materials and screen fractions is fast possible.
KS3012 is capable to produce 2 splits or 3 splits depending on the setup. A selection of screen mats allows for different choices of screen fractions within the range of 4mm and 80mm.
Stacking conveyors are optional available.
