09-01-2006 03:04 PM CET | IT, New Media & Software

Press release from: WebAsyst

(WebAsyst LLC, Wilmington, DE, USA) – WebAsyst™ announces an upgrade to WebAsyst Suite ™ - the company’s premier line of web based, collaborative software applications. The company has further improved user account creation and management capabilities with the addition of the User & Groups function to the Administrator menu.

Previously, user accounts were created and maintained by assigning user privileges to contacts within Contact Manager™ (www.webasyst.net/contact-manager.htm), which is integrated with all other WebAsyst applications. This facility remains intact. With this upgrade, WebAsyst developers have now added the option to manage user accounts from the Administrator function, independent from the Contact Manager application. The new feature provides a much faster and easier way to address issues targeted for users of specific groups.

When asked about this latest release, Vladimir N. Tuporshin, Managing Director of WebAsyst, commented: “As always, we are responding to needs of our customers, with whom we are in constant communication. With this most recent upgrade, our products became more user friendly and at the same time retain all of their original, powerful functionality.”

Since its inception, WebAsyst has offered free trial versions of its products. To sign up, go to http://www.webasyst.net/signup.php
