BAXT RELEASE INNOVATIVE NEW FOAM POLISHING HEAD

BAXT the new name in the UK’s refinishing consumables market have just launched a high-end foam waffle polishing head named B5 which is already gathering interest from several of leading distributors.

The premium quality foam waffle polishing head comes with a 150mm quick change hook & loop backing for swift and trouble-free changeover once depleted.

Constructed from one of the most advanced pre-polymer polyurethane compounding foams in existence. Precisely engineered for polishing and compounding cellulose and acrylics. The foam boasts a density of 41 – 49 kg/m³ which combined with the waffle surface makes the polishing head ideally suited for ultra-efficient compounding and polishing procedures.

The B5 polishing head was designed with automotive and marine applications in mind. The feedback received from extensive testing suggests the product will end up as a leading solution throughout numerous other applications also.

This new innovation from BAXT adheres to all required standards such as DIN EN ISO 1798 (for tensile strength and elongation at break).
