DTC JOINS QUINTESSENCE YACHTS IN REVOLUTIONARY QUEST TO PRODUCE THE ULTIMATE ASTON MARTIN AM37 POWERBOAT
AM37 Aston Martin Powerboat by Quintessence Yachts
Quintessence came to DTC earlier in the year with requirements for general paintshop consumables including specialist masking tape, abrasive sanding discs, coveralls and all other personal protective equipment. Since then, DTC swiftly became the preferred supplier for all other essential equipment including dust-extracted Festool Grinders, Makita Drills, specialist jigsaw blades and everything in between.
Quintessence have taken the marine industry by storm with their recent partnership with Aston Martin on the jaw dropping AM37. Aston Martin’s first ever water mobile doesn’t disappoint, this magnificent marvel of modern engineering is comprised of beautiful sleek lines complimented with modern hard edges. The aesthetic mix of complex clear coat carbon mouldings and natural teak has been featured on the cover of just about every yachting AND automotive magazine on the market.

The yacht is manufactured with the latest composite materials and includes numerous carbon fibre mouldings. The double curved windscreen is constructed from just one piece of glass and the helm console produced with a number of complex clear coat carbon mouldings.

Thought so, with a base model AM37 offering a choice of twin 370bhp diesel engines or twin 430bhp petrols and the top of the range AM37 S armed with twin 520bhp petrol engines, yes that’s a whopping 1,040bhp (or the equivalent of two V12 Vantages).
Described as a “Wave machine” by BBC’s TopGear and “the ultimate day boat” by Forbes. It’s surely only a matter of time until we see one on the cover of the next James Bond movie.
