CoCoNet at EuroFinance 2009 in Copenhagen
At this year’s EuroFinance International Cash and Treasury Management in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 21–23 October 2009 with the innovative e-banking solution MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal CoCoNet could give many answers to the open questions of treasury departments in international corporations.Among the most important topics experts for treasury and cash management discussed in this panel were the centralisation of the company-wide payment transactions, the direct SWIFTNet connectivity and the trends towards the standardisation of payment formats.
The multi-bank portal MULTIVERSA IFP is CoCoNet’s innovative e-banking solution for corporate customers and covers the centralised processing of the company-wide payment transactions. Our system offers the central view on domestic and international payment flows and BTR data (Balance and Transaction Reporting including intraday reports) from all accounts. The comprehensive Cash Management functionalities of MULTIVERSA IFP help corporate treasurers to effectively manage the company’s liquidity. BTR data represent the basic functionality, complemented by the powerful features liquidity overview, forecast and cash pooling.
In order to connect corporates to international banks MULTIVERSA IFP offers various connectors including modules for the data transfer via the standards such as EBICS and also the SWIFTNet connectivity via MA-CUG, SCORE and SWIFT Alliance Lite.
An important trend in corporate payment transactions is the proceeding standardisation of payment transaction formats following international schemes such as UNIFI 20022 as the UNIversal Financial Industry message scheme.
