BMW K1200R conversion by Hornig

Ritzenried. Exspecially for the 6. International BMW Motorrad Bikermeeting in Garmisch Partenkirchen, the Hornig company designed, developed and produced this conversion.

As a statement by the general manager Helmut Hornig this bike will stay a single piece production and no parts from the casing will be produced in series.
The production of the closed front part with the included turn signals and the openings for the air turned out to be quite difficult as the bike is constructed asymmetric and has just one intake on one side.
Almost every part on the bike got conversed, most of them were transformed or had to be constructed absolutely new like the short motor spoiler with the two wings which reach to the tank.
Even the rear was put under modification and looks now, with the cover for the rear seat even more aggressive.
